Hidden amongst the creeping shadows of Dromund Kaas, whispers speak of crumbling crypts laden with ancient artifacts. Among the fabled amulets and cursed armour that lie within, a presence eternally prowls those forsaken halls—claiming all who dare delve into his domain in a futile attempt to satiate his unfathomable bloodlust.

Myths claim that his instrument of death was none other than a lightsaber—one with an exposed kyber crystal that still pulses, like a bleeding red heart. Its gnarled metal surface is said to echo the aggressive armour of its deceased owner: a savage façade forged by a network of rigid pathways etched from emitter to pommel, creating a ferocious visage that fuses military symmetry with relentless brutality.

The primary colour is said to reflect its master’s very soul—garbed in a cold, shadowy silver. And as if dipped in blood, the emitter’s ring is bathed in wet crimson: a wicked stain that has wept down, staining the S-curve shrouds and handle bands, framing the main grip section in bleeding rings.

While the legends of this relic are as cryptic as they are conflicting, one detail remains nearly unanimous: no one can steal what is still wielded—unless it is torn from the Undying’s grip. Those foolish enough to try are granted only a single warning: the scarlet radiance of impending doom, like a phantom’s final breath. It is with this foreboding premonition that this lightsaber has earned its fearsome epithet, the “Blood Omen”—or as it is called in the ancient tales, “Omen Sanguinis.”
